• Message content: Text messages, voice messages (transcribed), and images you send to Chomky. These are used to create flashcards and provide the learning experience.
• Conversation history: A short-term history of your recent messages (up to 48 hours) to provide contextual responses.
• Flashcard data: The flashcards created from your interactions, including question/answer text, tags, images, and review scheduling data.
• Usage data: Review statistics such as number of cards reviewed, accuracy, and learning progress.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create, store, and deliver flashcards based on your input
• To schedule reviews using the spaced repetition algorithm
• To transcribe voice messages and analyze images for card creation
• To detect your preferred language and respond accordingly
• To maintain short-term conversation context for natural interactions

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Meta WhatsApp Business API: For sending and receiving messages. Subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI: For voice transcription, image analysis, flashcard generation, and answer evaluation. Your content is sent to OpenAI for processing. Subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel: For hosting and file storage. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Neon: For database storage. Subject to Neon's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

• Conversation history is automatically pruned after 48 hours.
• Flashcard data is retained as long as your account is active.
• You may request deletion of all your data at any time by messaging Chomky.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database access, and parameterized queries to prevent injection attacks. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights
